An Experiential Art & Journaling Workshop
Join Art Therapist and Psychologist Cammi Manchur for a guided journey into your inner world. Through art and reflective journaling, you will explore the house as a symbol of the self—offering gentle insight into what lives within you.
Through guided exercises, you will create and reflect on your own “internal house,” exploring different aspects of your inner landscape. This process invites awareness, curiosity, and a deeper connection to yourself—no artistic experience needed.
Held in a small group, this workshop offers a calm and contained environment for both personal reflection and shared insights. You are invited to move at your own pace, with space to explore what feels present for you.
