Homeopathy
A natural form of medicine using medicated pills or liquid, usually taken orally, prompting the body to balance itself naturally. The homeopath uses the appointment time to ask questions, in order to prescribe the most suitable medicine for you symptoms. Homeopathy is gentle, safe, effective, and can be used from birth to old age, including during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which has been practiced for over 5,000 years. Its core principle is to promote the free circulation of life energy, known as Qi. Through acupuncture, blockages in the energy pathways are resolved, allowing Qi to flow freely again. This treatment involves the use of gentle needles placed along the meridians of the body to increase the flow of energy.

Jungian Psychology
Jungian psychology explores the unconscious mind to achieve "individuation"—becoming your true self. By integrating the shadow and archetypes, it uncovers the "why" behind behavior. It aids ADHD by reframing neurodivergence as a unique inner landscape, helps couples recognize projected "inner-partner" dynamics, and provides depth psychology the tools to transform core patterns rather than just managing surface symptoms.

Ayurveda
Ayurveda literally means the science of life. It is an ancient healing system that originated in India thousands of years ago, which emphasises the need for balance in all areas, mind, body and soul. Ayurveda is focused on lifestyle, it uses natural remedies, including herbs, minerals, and other plant-based treatments, to address underlying root causes of illness and promote overall health, safely and gently.

Chinese Herbalism
Traditional Chinese herbal therapy uses substances of plant, mineral, and animal origin. Along with acupuncture, it forms a core pillar of Chinese medicine. Its strength lies in carefully composed formulas, often containing 4 to 20 herbs, tailored to an individual’s specific imbalance. Unlike Western herbal medicine, single-herb treatments are rarely used. Today, around 600 different herbs are commonly applied in clinical practice.

High Power Laser Therapy
High Power Laser therapy uses laser light to deliver energy directly to the cells. The light penetrates the mitochondria, where it is absorbed by light-sensitive molecules (chromophores). This stimulates cellular activity, increases ATP production (the cell's energy source), and enhances blood flow and oxygen supply to the tissue. Resulting in faster & more effective tissue healing, often in 1/3 of the typical recovery time.

Reiki
Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing technique that has been used for centuries to bring about physical and emotional relief and wellbeing. It is a gentle yet powerful practice that can help relieve stress, anxiety, pain, and other physical and emotional ailments. It can be done with very light hand pressure from the practitioner, or without hand pressure. to balance and restore natural flow of energy. Sessions are conducted fully clothed.

Mindfulness Stress Reduction
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based program that teaches mindfulness meditation to help manage stress and improve overall well-being. It encourages awareness of the present moment, reducing the impact of stress and anxiety. Benefits include enhanced emotional resilience, better focus, and improved mental health. Regular practice of MBSR can lead to a calmer mind and a more balanced life.

Nutrition
Let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food (Hippocrates).
Nutritional therapy is a highly effective way to relieve symptoms, balance hormones, manage weight sustainably and reduce the need for longterm medication. A nutritionist identifies imbalances or deficiencies in your body, to develop an enjoyable and delicious plan to address them, without the need for strict calorie counting.

Dream Work
What are your dreams trying to communicate? Jungian Dream work involves entering into relationship with the unconscious through careful analysis of your dreams. Together we explore symbolically what your dreams might be trying to communicate to you or about your psyche. As you begin to think about and write down your dreams, you will be able to remember them more easily thus helping you to become more self-aware access creativity and grow.

Systemic Constellations
This therapeutic method offers a window into the subconscious by working with deep emotional and energetic connections. Through visual representation, Systemic Constellations bring hidden dynamics to light, helping to resolve structural conflicts within a system.
This approach effectively addresses chronic health issues, repetitive behavioural patterns, family lineage loyalties, and persistent emotional blocks, restoring internal balance and creating the grounded stability for empowered, healthy life choices.

Tissue Salts & Flower Essences
Tissue salts are homoeopathically prepared essential mineral salts, in the form of small medicated pills, which can be taken alongside other medications or therapies to help boost healing and immune response in specific areas of the body. They are energetic versions of eletrolytes such as Calcium, Magnesium & Iron.
Flower essences are usually liquid doses, that are taken orally, to very gently bring about soothing, calm emotional relief.
