The “Art of Breathing” is a structured 3-day workshop where participants learn breathing techniques and meditation practices designed to improve mental and physical well-being. The core practice taught is Sudarshan Kriya (SKY), a rhythmic breathing technique.
Through guided practice, participants explore how conscious breathing can help manage stress and anxiety, enhance immunity and overall well-being, and support deeper, restorative rest. The workshop introduces breathwork and meditation practices that help cultivate inner peace and emotional balance.
