Enhancing your Therapeutic Practice: Integrating Homeopathy & Kinesiology

Unlock the power of homeopathy and kinesiology (applied muscle testing) to elevate your therapeutic practice in this  2-day hands-on workshop designed for holistic practitioners. Learn essential homeopathy skills, including the application of first aid and other foundational remedies that can seamlessly complement your existing services. Discover key remedies and flower essences for common emotional challenges that you encounter with your clients in the scope of practice, like vulnerability, grief, and shock.

In addition, you'll be introduced to applied muscle testing (kinesiology) to help guide remedy selection, whether you are using homeopathy or something else. The applied muscle testing portion will focus on learning how to test  major muscles and to ensure those muscles are responding appropriately. We will also cover how to use yourself as a surrogate for testing your client, when their muscles are not firing as expected. We will incorporate a technique that allows you to explore the nature of an external injury and make an informed assessment about remedy selection. And finally, we will explore the power of food testing to support your clients with digestive and dietary challenges.

This workshop is geared towards people already in the therapuetic practice who want to enhance their existing practice and add to their toolbox. You can read more about the hosts of the workshop below:

Sandra  Quist is an accredited Homeopath, Reiki practitioner & teacher and  founder of The Hague Natural Health Centre. She spent four years  studying at The School of Homeopathy in Stroud, UK, and completed a  three year postgraduate course at the Dynamis School for Advanced  Homeopathy in Ireland. She completed her Reiki practitioner and teacher  training at the Jikiden Reiki Institute in Kyoto, Japan. Sandra  is passionate about teaching and empowering people to take control of  their own health. In this workshop, she will teach practitioners how to recognise common homeopathic remedies that can be useful within their own practice. She will also offer tips on recognising tissue salt deficiencies in the body and an introduction to flower essences in their practice.

Rebecca  Winter works as an HR professional in a tech company while maintaining a  private practice as a Health Coach and Kinesiologist. She helps people  through Life Transitions to (re)gain and (re)discover their own vitality  and inner resources. This can include recovery from burnout, reclaiming  post-pregnancy well-being, bouncing back from adrenal fatigue, making  friends with menopause as well as adjacent support for a life-changing  or threatening diagnosis.  Rebecca uses a combination of Health Coaching, Systematic Kinesiology  (Applied Muscle Testing), and The Body Code as her main tools to support  individuals in moving toward health. When clients present with extreme  imbalance and persistent inflammation based conditions - she leverages  the Bengston Method as part of her treatment toolkit. In this workshop Rebecca will teach you to use muscle testing to enhance your own therapeutic practice.
