Sharing Circle

This is a spontaneous event so there is no set agenda. The gathering will be guided with some assistance from our team members but it will evolve according to those in attendance. You can expect some self care exercises, gentle meditations and a few healthcare tips but mostly we will allow the evening to unfold as needed. Join us in our comfortable 'living room' area of the health centre among the plants, crystals and candlelight for what we hope is the first of many evolving circles in the community.
