Tissue salts & flower essences
Tissue salts are homoeopathically prepared essential mineral salts, in the form of small medicated pills, which can be taken alongside other medications or therapies to help boost healing and immune response in specific areas of the body.
Flower essences are usually liquid doses, that are taken orally, to very gently bring about soothing, calm emotional relief.
Yoga & Trauma Sensitive Yoga
As well as traditional yoga, we also offer Trauma Sensitive Yoga, which is a very gentle, supportive type of yoga that emphasises somatic release, grounding, breath work and gentle movement to help shift difficult trauma held in the body and the all important limbic system - the home of our learned and often outdated fight flight freeze responses. Gently guided by Elianne, TCTSY can help with anxiety, flashbacks, complex trauma and PTSD.
