About your Hosts:

Katarina Gaborova, MSc, founder of K.G Psychological Services

Katarina works as a  registered NIP psychologist in the Netherlands and a Gottman certified therapist for couples.  Katarina uses an eclectic approach to therapy by combining  CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Voice dialogue, EMDR (Eye movement  desensitization and reprocessing), NLP (Neurolinguistic programming),  BWRT (Brain working Recursive Therapy) and other approaches in her work with clients. Sandra Delgado Quist, Homeopath & Founder of The Hague Natural Health Centre

Sandra incorporates her experience as a professional homeopath and Reiki teacher in her practice of energy medicine to help clients regain their health using natural therapies. She hosts regular workshops teaching people how to use homeopathy and natural remedies for common ailments. As Founder of the centre, she also facilitates in-company workshops on various topics to bring awareness to natural medicine and the various therapies available for common diseases. Kim Brice, Mindfulness Stress Reduction Coach

Kim is a burnout prevention and recovery coach specializing in mindfulness-based stress reduction approaches. She has been a member of the Centrum voor Mindfulness training faculty, one of The Netherlands’ most pre-eminent centers promoting mindfulness. Mindfulness is a training for the brain that allows you to relate to and  manage the adverse physical, mental and emotional effects of stress more skillfully. She regularly facilitates in-company workshops on burnout prevention and workplace mental health in companies through The Self Investigation, a foundation she co-founded in 2020.
