During this interactive workshop, we will explore the deep connection we have with our mother, that lays the foundation not only for our emotional and psychological health, but also for how we perceive the world and build relationships with ourselves:
✨ Our ability to trust the world
As children, if we felt loved, cared for, and nurtured by our mother, we developed a fundamental sense of Trust – that the world is a safe place where we can be ourselves and where our needs will be met. However, if our relationship with our mother was cold, unpredictable, or filled with anxiety, the world may start to feel hostile, making it difficult for us to trust others.
