Dream Exploration Group 🌿
A 4 week Dream Work & Self-Discovery Journey
Note: this is a 4 week group experience, €100 includes all 4 sessions. Dreams can offer a unique window into your inner world. This small, closed group invites you to explore them in a creative and reflective way, uncovering insights through a series of guided sessions.
Guided by a Jungian approach, this group explores dreams as a symbolic language of the psyche. Through different creative exercises such as drawing, journaling, or poetry, you will learn to engage with your dreams and uncover their deeper meaning.
Each session offers space to reflect, explore, and gradually build a personal connection with your dream world.
This is a closed group experience, meaning the same participants journey together over the full duration. This allows for trust, continuity, and a deeper level of sharing within a safe and contained environment.
