What if we became curious about creating our ending? In this mindful evening workshop, we’ll gather around the table over soup to contemplate the ways in which we can prepare for our death. Using mindfulness & meditation, an imagery exercise, and guided reflection, Amanda will lead the group through conscious conversation on what we might want and what we can expect in our end-of-life experience.

People who engage in contemplating the end of their lives often have less anxiety when the aging process begins. This workshop creates a supportive environment to explore the curiosity, fear, and possibilities of the end. We encourage active involvement through group sharing and will bring connection in the group, empowering you to:
