Meditation Monday's
Join our weekly meditations in an Urban Sanctuary and enjoy a moment of zen among like minded people. Similar to the diverse offerings at the centre, each meditation varies from week to week and is guided by one of our therapists. We offer a safe space to start or deepen your meditation practice.

About the event
Whether you are beginning your meditation practice or a seasoned practitioner looking to join a group of like minded individuals, all are welcome in our Urban Sanctuary.
Starting Monday, 6 May, the centre will host weekly meditations hosted by one of the amazing therapists on our team:

- Chungmei Cheng - Somatic Therapist & Coach
- Elianne van Waalwijk van Doorn - Trauma Sensitive Yoga
- Sandra Delgado Quist - Reiki Teacher & Homeopath

Like all good things, this is an evolving practice, and the evenings will be more spontaneous in accordance with the audience. We look forward to welcoming you in our sacred space.
