Join our weekly meditations in an Urban Sanctuary and enjoy a moment of zen among like minded people. Similar to the diverse offerings at the centre, each meditation various from week to week and is guided by one of our therapists. We offer a safe space to start or deepen your meditation practice.

Whether you are beginning your meditation practice or a seasoned practitioner looking to join a group of like minded individuals, all are welcome in our Urban Sanctuary.
