About the event
Revisiting insecure attachment styles.
Reparenting your inner child
Why can you feel completely safe with one person, yet anxious, clingy or distant with another?
Attachment is the way we learn to seek safety and connection in our relationships. We once tended to think of people as having one fixed attachment style. Today, our understanding is more nuanced: different early relationships can create different internal working models of safety and connection, and different relationships in adult life may activate different parts of that attachment system.

This means you may feel secure and trusting with some people, while others awaken a deep insecurity that leaves you feeling clingy, standoffish, or even both.
